Decorative Gravel and Drainage Gravel FAQs

We stock a wide range of decorative and drainage gravels, including granite, river gravel, crushed sandstone, emerald stone, blue stone, and multiple drainage gravel sizes suitable for landscaping and construction projects.

Our decorative gravels are available in various sizes depending on the product, including 10mm, 20mm, 20 to 40mm, 40 to 60mm, and 80 to 150mm. Availability can vary, so please check with us for current stock.

For driveways and pathways, 20mm gravel is the most commonly used size as it provides good stability, drainage, and a clean finish. Granite and blue stone are popular choices for these applications.

Drainage gravel such as 5 to 7mm, 10mm, 20mm, or 50mm is ideal for retaining walls, trenches, under slabs, and around pipes. These sizes allow water to flow freely and help prevent water buildup.

As a general guide, 1 cubic metre of gravel covers approximately 10 square metres at a depth of 100mm. The exact amount required depends on your project size and desired depth.

Gravel is sold by the cubic metre, with an estimated tonne per cubic metre listed for each product to help you understand volume and weight requirements.

Yes, you are welcome to collect gravel directly from our yard. Gravel can be loaded into trailers, utes, or buckets depending on your needs.

Yes, we offer delivery for both decorative and drainage gravel. Delivery availability depends on your location, order size, and site access.

Gravel is typically delivered by tip truck and tipped in one location where safe and suitable access is available. Please ensure clear access for the delivery vehicle.
